Art Deco Enamel and Brass Pendant Necklace

Incredible necklace dating from the early 1900’s with an ornate dangling pendant. The chain, fashioned as if knots, is dainty and delicate. The chain, bail and pendant are made of brass. The patina on the brass is magnificent. The design on the bail and pendant are three dimensional, and clasp is a spring ring closure.

The bail is shaped like a U. At the center of the bail is a small raised flower with a lime green enamel center. On the chain above the flower are raised leaves, and a cluster of small flowers of periwinkle blue, honey yellow and lime green

At the center of the pendant is a large detailed flower with ornate leaves around it. The center of the flower is periwinkle blue enamel. Above the center flower, are three small flowers. The center of the flowers are enamel in colors of lime green, honey yellow and periwinkle blue. Below the center flower are nine tiny raised enamel flowers, in stunning colors of periwinkle blues, lime green, and honey yellow. The patina of the brass makes the enamel flowers look bold.

The necklace measures 16”. The pendant and bail hang down 2 1/4”. This ornate detailed necklace will delight your senses. The flowers explode before your eyes. A flower garden that has delighted generations for almost 100 years and will likely delight many generations to come.
